Classes now must be cancelled before 20.00 the night before or they will be charged for.
From now on, all private students will be sent a whatsapp message/email advising them of this. The policy is printed on the application form, but as not all students will fill in the application form we will send them this confirmation to be sure.
If a class is rescheduled, on langlion we will edit the class rather than deleting it and regenerating it.
If a student wants to reschedule a class, they must agree a time with the teacher first and then come to admin who will make the necessary changes. Alba B will speak to teachers about this in the Friday meeting.
