For security reasons, we restrict access to teacher.nevalencia.com or knowledgebase.nevalencia.com to inside the academies only.
If teacher.nevalencia.com or knowledgebase.nevalencia.com cannot be accessed by teachers or admin, it is probably because the hosting provider has changed our IP address. This typically happens every few months.
To add the new IP address to the list of IP addresses that can access teacher.nevalencia.com and knowledgebase.nevalencia.com, do the following:
On the main login screen, click “Log in with username and password”.
Enter the login details (all administrators have their own individual logins).
Hover over the “Settings” menu option (left hand side) and click “Reading”.
Scroll down to “Unrestricted IP addresses”.
Enter the IP address you want to add.
Click the “Add” button.
Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
