to navigate to mark group schemes

• go to secretariat > settings > group settings > mark group schemes

to amend a scheme

• find the scheme, make the changes, and save
• if you need to delete a line, click on the trash symbol, and save, but you’ll need to refresh to see that it has gone.

to add a new scheme

• click add scheme (at the bottom of the list)
• click on the line created
• give it a name (e.g. FCE)
• click is permanent
• for each exam
  • click on add mark group
  • enter the name (e.g. Listening 1)
  • under Max enter the maximum score
  • leave weight as 1 (meaning all the exams are worth the same %age)
  • choose a colour (same colour for all listenings, different colour for all writing, etc.)
• when all the lines have been added, click save

to delete a mark group scheme

• click on the scheme
• click on the trash symbol for the whole group (not individual lines – the group name line)
• confirm

to link a scheme to a group

• go to secretariat > group, and select the group you want to link it to
• click on mark group schemes
• click on add
• select the scheme, then save and close
