I don’t know if we will continue to use this box in this way in the future. But it’s an area that the teachers can see every day, and in the past it was remarked it was a pity that we didn’t have somewhere to show upcoming events. Anyway, it’s easy and quick, and this is how to update it.

Teacher widget update

• go to asana and move the text to show tomorrow
  • at present Mon to Wed I show to the end of the week
  • Thu and Fri, I show this week plus the week ahead
• copy the text as desired
• go to https://teacher.blueballoonguy.com/wp-admin (userid and password in LastPass)
• go to appearance > widgets
• go to homepage sidebar > upcoming
• replace the data with the text copied above, and save
