A check to see if there are any multiple classes which are almost ready for one less class (to be merged). E.G. if there are 2 Upp MW10 classes, and the total number of students is 18, there’s no problem. But as it approaches a total of 12 we warn Fionn. Once it gets to 12, or more depending on attendance.

• Go to the Kid’s Wall Times spreadsheet
• Scan down Column Q – Merge warning, noting coloured warning numbers
• Do a note to Fionn in the format of the Asana task description of the classes, and save this description for next time
